I didn’t arrive here by chance — I arrived here by living the same struggles most fathers face.

With a background in psychology, counselling, movement therapy, and work as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Men’s Health & Lifestyle Coach, I’ve spent over a decade supporting people through stress, burnout, identity shifts, and the messy middle of life. But the deepest lessons came from my own evolution. Through the failures, the rebuilding, the growth, and the transformation that fatherhood ignited.

Today, I work with men who are tired of carrying it all alone. We as men crave support, connection, accountability, and a space to grow.

The Holistic Dad is built on a simple philosophy: Strength in Simplicity.

Because change doesn’t require complexity. It actually requires presence, intention, and small shifts that compound.

Through one-on-one sessions, group experiences, retreats, and practical self-paced courses, I help dads feel stronger, calmer, healthier, and more present. Not through pressure, but through grounding, structure, and support.
